1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and placing an order with GramAlo Solar Solution, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and GramAlo Solar Solution.
2. Products & Services
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee your device's screen displays them with absolute precision.
3. Warranties & Guarantees
GramAlo Solar Solution provides structural and power performance warranties on solar packages as specified in individual contract agreements. Warranty claims are valid only under normal operating conditions and do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, modification by unauthorized persons, or improper customer handling.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery for hardware defects or package discrepancies. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall GramAlo Solar Solution be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
